Lawrence at Home

Here you can see pictures of Lawrence in his 1/3 scale Victorian living room. I had a lot of time waiting before I received him, so I spent most of that time collecting things for the room. Nearly all of the furniture was bought at a chain of stores called Ross which sell reduced price clothing and home decor. The working lamp came from the Hobby Lobby. Most of the bric-a-brac and clutter were things that I've had since I was a child when my dad was a pilot for Delta flying internationally. The carpet came from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I made the window myself. The whole thing is set up on an L-shaped desk in the corner of my room. It definitely makes an interesting conversation piece. ; )

Putting together this little room not only gave me something to do, but also gave me a new appreciation for building miniatures like model railroads and dollhouses. It is a lot of fun!
